Fresh Flower Policy

Because our flowers are fresh, seasonal, and perishable, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at gatheringrootsfarm@gmail.com. We’ll always do our best to make things right!

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

Our flowers are grown locally and harvested with the seasons. This means that availability may vary throughout the year.

Occasionally, substitutions (either alternatives from our gardens, other local growers or wholesale) may be necessary due to weather, crop availability, or quality. If so, we will always design with a similar color palette and overall style in mind.

Delivery and Pickup

We offer local delivery within a select area including Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Lisle and Naperville.

  • Delivery date and time will be coordinated through email

  • Please ensure the delivery address is accurate at checkout

  • If no one is available to receive the order, flowers will be left in a safe location when possible. Please leave a sturdy large vase or bucket with water in a shaded location and secure if needed to prevent the flowers from tipping over.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries. Please bring your flowers inside as soon as you can.

Local pickup will be arranged directly with the customer through email.

  • Delivery or pickup selection

We are not responsible for orders affected by incorrect information entered at checkout.

Care After Pickup or Delivery

Flowers are a natural product and will continue to change over time. To get the most out of your blooms:

  • Trim stems upon arrival

  • Place in clean water

  • Keep out of direct sunlight and heat

  • Change water and clean vase every 2-3 days

We collect basic information such as your name, email, and address to process orders and communicate with you.

Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and occasional updates and is never sold or shared with third parties.
